The company AXION TECHNIKI S.A. founded in 2002 by Mr. Arvanitis Dimitrios of Vassiliou and Mrs. Ioannidou Alexandra of Savvas after a continuous and successful course in the field of construction of technical works of all the following categories such as construction, plumbing, road construction, industrial, energy, electrical, waste and port.
Since 2011, the company has expanded its activity to the establishment and operation of an Asphalt Mixture Industry.
The headquarters of the company is in Edessa at 9 Romanou Street and its facilities mechanical equipment and the Asphalt Complex is in the Industrial area of Prophet Ilias of the Municipality of Skydra and near the National Road network of Skydra - Aridaia.
The company has a competent scientific staff consisting of engineers, foremen, specialized personnel in technical works which require special know-how and construction experience.
The mechanical equipment of the company is constantly renewed and enriched with new machines of special specifications required for the best, timely completion of the special technical projects manufactured by the company.
Company Activities
THE AXION TECHNIKI S.A is a technical manufacturing company whose activity as mentioned in article 3 of the statute of the company concerning its purpose is:
- The conclusion of contracts for the right to franchise the distinctive title of the company,
- The provision of services, organization, coordination, management and operation of technical and non-technical projects,
- The management and operation of technical and non-technical projects and indicatively: landfills, waste collection and transport systems, biological cleaning, waste treatment facilities, water treatment facilities and other technical infrastructure works,
- The establishment, organization and operation of a laboratory for chemical analyses, product quality, environmental measurements, tests in general and others,
- The conclusion of programming agreements with natural or legal persons of public or private law for the joint organization, management and operation of technical and non-technical projects,
- The representation and marketing of equipment, materials and technologies in the Greek and international area,
- The execution of any type of work by individuals, legal entities and the public,
- The representation of domestic and foreign companies, which will have similar purposes to the above,
- Participation in tenders for public and private projects, undertaking, study and supervision, execution and construction in Greece and abroad independently or in a joint venture, all kinds of technical projects, of the State, OTAs of Prefectural Governments, Regions, Legal Entities of Public or Private law, natural persons ,
- The establishment and exploitation of aggregate quarries.
- The production and marketing of bitumen.
- The production and marketing of concrete.
- The production and marketing of cement products.
- The production of electricity from photovoltaic systems
To achieve its purpose the company can:
